Return Shipping Fees & Policies

Standard U.S. Shipping:
“Standard Shipping” refers to regular “ground” delivery within the contiguous United Stated. The choices below will be available to you at checkout. We ship using either “USPS 1st Class Mail” & “FedEx Smart Post. IF you have a preference for one carrier over the other, please include that with your notes at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders $50 and up. Usually delivered within 3-6 days. FREE
  • Standard Shipping Usually delivered within 4-6 days. $5.99
  • Expedited Orders received by 1pm are Overnight, after 1pm becomes “up to” 2 day delivery. $30.00
  • TIMING: Available delivery speed depends on the time your order is received by us:
    • Orders must be received by 1PM EST to be processed that same day; any order placed after 1PM EST will go out the next day.
    • Overnight orders placed by 1PM EST on weekdays will arrive the next business day.
    • Note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and therefore orders received after 1PM EST on Friday may take 1-2 days longer to arrive.

 

 

Restrictions
Shipping Restrictions:

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and U.S. protectorates and territories (American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands) will generally arrive within 3-7 business days of the ship date. Deliveries to APO/FPO (Military Post Addresses) may take longer - up to 21 days from the ship date.
  • In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Erik & Mike, packages will be delivered as fast as possible, but may take longer than the estimates above.
  • Erik & Mike reserve the right to discontinue any shipping promotion at its discretion.


Delivery Address

  • Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
  • The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you have a PO Box address, it's best to use that for your orders. All orders with "PO Box" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail.


Undeliverable Packages

  • When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Erik & Mike, a full refund is issued for the items less the shipping fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order if the product is still available for purchase.


Canada: About Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Canada Orders

  • To Canada, we ship via USPS only. Flat fee of $9.99
  • Unfortunately, Expedited Shipping to Canada is unavailable at this time.
  • Any duties assessed are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

 


Return Shipping Fees & Policies
Returnable Items:
Please note: if an item is a SALE item, or, marked as NOT RETURNABLE we are unable to accept the return. If the item was not either of those, the following must apply to confirm that it is eligible for return:

  • You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including: polybags, hang tags, boxes, and gift boxes.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • If you are returning multiple items from a single order, you may return them together in a single package. Simply include both orders information.


Returns & Refunds:
Items may only be returned after communicating and confirming the return with us. If your item is eligible for return, please:

  • email shop@erikandmike.com within 14 days of receiving it and include the following:
    • The reason you wish to return it.
    • Returned times may be refunded as either of the below; please let us know which you prefer.
      • A credit back to your originally used credit/debit card, minus a $5.99 return shipping fee (unless the return is a result of our error). For a card refund, please provide the last 4 digits of the card that was used for this purchase.
        OR
      • A credit may be applied to your online shoperikandmike.com account, minus a $5.99 return shipping fee (unless the return is a result of our error).
  • Gift Returns: If you do not have the item #, please email a photo to us & we will identify it & its value. If it is still available on our site, we will show you the page so that you may see.
    • You will be emailed with a credit to use on shoperikandmike.com.
    • As well, you may request a prepaid shipping label to you to ease your return; a $5.99 return shipping fee for US orders will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the reason for return is the result of an “Erik & Mike” error, you will not be charged. If you choose to use our label, please let us know if you prefer that it be emailed or faxed to you.
  • Refunds: Take approximately 14 business days from the date you mail your return to reflect on your original form of payment. After 14 days, you should expect to see the full amount of the refund, minus the return shipping charge where applicable, to your credit/debit card. We will notify you once the refund has been applied.
  • Exchanges: Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges as it is much faster for you to apply for a return & simply order the replacement item you would like instead. We will do all that we can to expedite your return.

Price Matching
Erik & Mike does not price match against itself or external websites.
